As a pregnant mum of a busy toddler Nook has been amazing at reminding me to pause at the end of my day and focus on relaxation and rest. I love that you can set times for when to meditate and go to sleep, so you’re reminded to do this instead of staying up way too late scrolling and feeling worse the next day! Earning points and building the garden adds a layer of fun too. My go-to parenting meditation app!
