## What is BabyDay?

Baby Tracker: Sleep & Feeding is a calm, focused tracking app for new parents.

**Log sleep and feeding in one tap**
Start a sleep session or log a feeding from the home screen without navigating. Tap once to start, once to stop.

**Breast and bottle — both covered**
For breastfeeding: choose Left, Right, or Both with a smart side suggestion based on your last session. For bottle feeds: dial in the amount with a one-handed volume slider from 0 to 240 ml.

**Gentle reminders, no AI**
Configure a feed reminder and a nap reminder with simple intervals (1.5h – 3.5h). Reminders anchor to your last recorded session and reschedule automatically after each log.

**Daily timeline**
Every sleep and feeding session for the day in chronological order with totals — sleep duration, fluid consumed, feed count. Navigate to any past day or add a session retroactively.

**Privacy first**
All data stays on your device. No account, no cloud sync, no ads, no analytics. Works fully offline.

**Designed for 3 AM**
Large tap targets, calm typography, minimal navigation depth. Every core action is reachable in one or two taps from the home screen.

Shhh sound
A one-tap white noise button to help settle your baby. Starts and pauses instantly, keeps playing when the screen is locked, and opens at a low volume by default.

Multiple children
A separate profile for each child, with fully separate records. Switch between profiles in a tap.

Pumping
Log pumping sessions alongside breast and bottle: start time, duration, side, volume and notes. Set a schedule with reminders, and see your last and next session right on the home screen.

Next feed forecast
After each feed, BabyDay estimates when the next one is likely to be, based on your own history and feed type. Turn on a reminder if you want a nudge.

Solids and reactions
Track which foods your baby has tried and when. Mark each one as not tried, tried with no reaction, or had a reaction — and add notes on allergens, symptoms, timing and severity.

Milestones
Save first smiles, first teeth, first words and first steps — with a date, a description and a photo. Pick from ready-made milestones or create your own.

Growth log
Record weight, height and head circumference with the date of each measurement. Browse, edit and delete past entries.

Advanced statistics
Detailed charts and trends for sleep, feeding, pumping and growth across a day, week, month or all time. Growth charts show percentiles for your baby's age and sex.

Data export
Export your records to a PDF. Choose which categories and which date range to include, then save or share the file.
