## What is BabyEats?

Starting solids comes with one rule every source repeats: one new food at a time, then watch it for three days. BabyEats holds that discipline for you — honestly.

ONE TAP PER TASTE — Tap a food tile to log today's taste. One log per calendar day, by design: hammering the tile can never fast-forward a food.

A STATUS THAT CANNOT LIE — Untested · Day 1–3 · Safe · Reaction is DERIVED from your real, date-stamped log. A food turns Safe only after tastes on 3 distinct calendar days with no reaction. The status is never stored, never editable, never guessed.

REACTIONS ARE DELIBERATE — Logging a reaction is a conscious act: open the food, pick the symptoms (hives, vomiting, breathing, other), add a note. The food freezes at red until you say otherwise. A tap can never set a reaction by accident.

THE BIG 9, BUILT IN — Egg, peanut, milk, wheat, fish, shellfish, tree nut, soy, sesame come pre-loaded with introduction tips, so "introduce early and often" has a place to live. Insights shows your coverage at a glance.

THE PAGE YOU HOPE TO NEVER NEED — A gagging-vs-choking guide lives one tap away: what each looks like, what to do, and a one-tap call button that dials your local emergency number. Sourced, dated, and free — like every safety feature.

THE HAND-OFF — Your whole log exports as text or CSV for the pediatrician visit (Pro adds a formatted PDF report). Full history exports as JSON — your data is never hostage.

PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE — No account, no cloud, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party code. The privacy label is literal: Data Not Collected.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE — English, Romanian, French, Italian, German, Spanish — switchable in-app, including widgets and reminders.

BABYEATS PRO (one-time purchase, Family Sharing — no subscription): unlimited custom foods, multiple baby profiles, Home and Lock Screen widgets with one-tap logging, the Reaction Watch Live Activity, Insights, custom reminders, the PDF pediatrician report, and themes with alternate icons. The safety core is never paywalled.
