Absolutely devastated, you should be ashamed of taking away memories from people. All of a sudden all of my photos and video from my 3D ultrasound disappeared! All it pops up is “Something went wrong” and I can’t even access into my account anymore! It’s like I “never” created an account. Their last update was over a month ago saying the pics would be back in 10 days but have not reached out since then. No response to emails. Messages on IG. Messages through their website. Nothing. Terrible customer service. Heartbroken I don’t have my US pictures. ### 1/5 — Photos disappeared *2024-12-12* All of a sudden my photos will not load it just says “image not available” and it has been like that for week. Do not trust this app to store your ultrasound photos. I hope ultrasound companies stop using this horrible app for their costumers. Hopefully my photos come back if they ever address this.
