Tons of people have no access to their ultrasound photos. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE *2024-12-05* Absolutely horrible app. It didn’t even load. Didn’t let me create an account at all. The web browser isn’t even working either. Literally nothing is working so I can’t even see pictures or the video from my 3d ultrasound:) ### 1/5 — Slow, rip off *2024-11-30* The app was useful to store my US pics until they ALL suddenly will not load at all. It just shows “no picture available”. Customer service is non existent. Do NOT pay the 25$ for the AI feature- it doesn’t even load for me. I have tried using the apps on various internet connections as well. Nothing works. Now I don’t even have access to my US pics I’ve spent hundreds on. ### 1/5 — Do not purchase anything on this app! *2024-11-19* I purchased the flix 10k and it never worked, shortly after I got logged out of the app and can no longer log back in! It sits on the processing screen and never does anything. Reviews online say the same thing. ### 1/5 — Flix 10k *2024-10-21, version 4.8* Made the mistake of paying for the $25 subscription, just for none of my pictures to work. doesn’t load anything. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2024-10-19* It’s a con doesn’t use your ultrasound image to base its image on ### 1/5 — Really, really bad AI images *2024-08-12* Unless your ultrasound (3D or 4D) came out absolutely perfect with no arms, hands, or umbilical cord - do NOT pay $25 for the AI “feature.” They are very clearly using a generic or free AI model, and not one that has been trained for this purpose. Very clear ultrasound photos came out horrifically deformed, multiple hands and arms, malformed faces, one had a baby within a baby, race is random, gender seems random. Babyflix devs and product managers: do better. With the money you make, invest the time and money into a custom trained AI model. This is embarrassing to deliver to customers as an MVP let alone a product that has been offered for months and had the price increased (according to prior comments, price used to be $20)! ### 2/5 — Don’t Waste Your Money *2024-07-09* The app is fine to store ultrasound pictures. I thought it would be fun to enhance the ultrasound pictures using their 10k feature. Don’t waste your money! In a few pictures my baby had 4 arms, another had a bow on its head? Baby is a boy. Another one had two babies in the picture. Complete waste of $25. ### 1/5 — 10k is nonsense! *2024-04-07* I put in a few pictures and one had a mother in it! So I decided to put through a picture of my baby as an embryo and it came up with a picture of a baby. It is nonsense. It is not taking your photo and making it 10k, it is randomly taking any picture of a baby and uploading it! Don’t waste your money like I did! ### 3/5 — 50/50 *2024-01-19* Sometimes it works sometimes the uploads never upload, upload time apparently take 5 minutes I wish it was stated somewhere…. Definitely reach out to support for help. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! ### 2/5 — Good app, don’t purchase the premium *2023-11-17* The app itself is great, it stores my ultrasound photos and video. However, I thought how fun it would be to purchase the premium subscription to see the AI version of the photos. They all looked like stock photos of a baby that was an entirely different race and looked nothing like the ultrasound photos. All of a sudden all of my photos and video from my 3D ultrasound disappeared! All it pops up is “Something went wrong” and I can’t even access into my account anymore! It’s like I “never” created an account. This is a huge disappointment for the amount of money I paid for to get these 3D ultrasounds. ### 1/5 — Lost all my pictures *2025-02-22, version 4.8* “ imagine not available” causing me to lose all photos from 2019 and 2021 ### 1/5 — Ultrasound photos *2025-02-21* I’ve had this app for a while now and all of a sudden I can’t log into it and have lost all my ultrasound pictures of my first child and the video. ### 1/5 — SICKENING *2025-02-16* I am absolutely sick over the loss of all of my photos and videos. I cannot believe this company just decided to wipe everybody’s account without any explanation or warning. These are our children! These are memories we will never get back. I’ve reached out to support several times. They just ignore you. Their last update was over a month ago saying the pics would be back in 10 days but have not reached out since then. No response to emails. Messages on IG. Messages through their website. Nothing. Terrible customer service. Heartbroken I don’t have my US pictures. ### 1/5 — Photos disappeared *2024-12-12* All of a sudden my photos will not load it just says “image not available” and it has been like that for week. Do not trust this app to store your ultrasound photos. I hope ultrasound companies stop using this horrible app for their costumers. Hopefully my photos come back if they ever address this.
