The algorithm is usually pretty close on wake windows and helps keep the stress out of remembering timing. The new update needs help though! You have to click 4 times to end a nap, you can’t see your whole day on one window, and the prompt never changes from “your next nap is still a ways away…”. My sister recommended it to me as her kid followed suggested schedule very well. And it’s a research based guide. The only thing I don’t like is that when my partner starts/ends a nap it is often not being displayed on my end for quite a while. And the other way around.
