I like that the text is completely customizable if you do not like the prompted writing. Could use more pictures per page - how do you limit your choices to just four!! I planned to use it in real time and make my daughter’s 1 year baby book but missed the deadline and had to renew. There are a lot of glitches I’ve experienced that make me not want to use this for future photobooks. When you use punctuation, it often adds an additional period. If you say you don’t want the milestone date at the top and put in a custom header, it reverts back. Lastly, when you’re trying to make final touches on your photo book at the end, if you’ve re-ordered your pages and then have to go out to edit one page, you lose all of your other work. I am trying to stay on top of creating pages for my daughter but I spend time putting together a page only to have it not save. I’ve created several of the same pages now so many times and it’s very frustrating to have my work and time wasted. There is always bugs and glitches that makes it difficult to edit. I’m always encountering issues with the app. Like right now, you can’t even edit the text. It is so so frustrating using this app!!! When baby pages printed my photos, the quality was very poor. The photos came out EXTREMELY dark, to the point it’s hard to make out what’s in the photo, they are also very grainy. When I print my photos out at home, the quality and brightness looks great, so it must be an issue with the way baby pages print things. I am very surprised at the amount of positive reviews (paid perhaps?), I’m glad some people were able to enjoy this app but I did not like it at all. It is fun to make the baby book, but what you receive is a book with extremely low quality grainy photos that look like they have been heavily filtered with dark, dark, dark colors. Very weird. I wouldn’t buy this or recommend this to anyone. ### 1/5 — Ripped off!!!!!!! *2023-05-26, version 2.14.18* I paid to have subscription to be able to have access to everything and it was all working great until a hour ago when it said there was a new version and needs to upgrade, which I did, then NOTHING WAS WORKING! every thing I did is gone and every time I click on ANYTHING it keeps saying “unauthentic” I tried to cancel subscription to get money back and won’t let me even click that ! I want my money back! I only purchased this 2 days ago and am still on free trial! Money back please !!!! As the year has finished and I am ready to finish my book. It will tell you to rearrange any photos that are out of place. However, when you preview it doesn’t let you exit out so you have to close the app and redo the entire re-ordering process last night I re-ordered and chose my photos and previewed over the course of five hours, and then the app just started and continuously shut down as I entered it this morning I went to do it again and finally got the pictures because it will max you out at 100 photos/pages then finally after you save your book and add it to the cart and then tells you that you’re maxed out at 20 pages or 30 pages and after it is $.75 to a dollar extra so when it maxes you out at 100 pages and tells you that the books are for an 8 x 8 hardcover $50 right as you are finished entering your card information it tells you that the total is now over $100 because 70 pages are $.75 additional. And I had even purchase the $50 for a year of the extra pages and the discount and free shipping and the additives. So now I am $50 for the actual subscription and now my book is over $100 when I could’ve just done it myself or 20 times cheaper. If you’re going to have $.75 extra per page, then put that on before the finish check out line. Also, as I am getting ready to purchase it gave me a $10 off discount. However when I put in my information it still says $10 off discount but it’s the original price and so I got charged over $100 when it should’ve been 90 do not get this app. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback and for your business. I also appreciate it's nothing too fancy and fussy, making it extremely user friendly. I tried a bunch of apps like this before deciding this was my favorite. Only complaint is that sometimes the pictures associated with the pages don't show up on the dashboard or when you click the page. When you click "edit" they do show up so I assume it's fine.
