### 2/5 — :(

*2018-08-25*

Doesn’t work with my new phone. Loved this. My kid loves this. Please fix

### 2/5 — Musical app that doesn’t play music

*2018-01-18*

No sound. But baby does get graphic star explosions when she touches the squares.

### 2/5 — Fehlfunktion

*2015-12-22*

Wenn der Kleine mit der kpl Hand den Bildschirm berührt, verkleinert sich das Farbfeld auf ein Viertel

### 3/5 — Cute, but more needed

*2015-07-28, version 1.2*

Cute with some great potential. Is there a way to lock the screen so baby's erratic swiping doesn't immediately keep closing the app or jumping to another one? If not, it'd be really handy. Maybe a menu of other sounds and colours too.

I'd say generally it needs to take that next step, but you're a new father, so I get your time is precious. Nice start though.

### 3/5 — Good app

*2015-03-21*

My son loves it,but pinch to close needs to be disabled, or redirected to a different function within the app. Otherwise there is no way he can use since he gets frustrated every time the app closes.

### 4/5 — Cute app but it needs a harp

*2013-11-19*

Hi my name is Mia Strayer I am legally blind and love your little apps they are very good for cause-and-effect the one thing I would change is the drum set sound to a Harp sound I think that would sound really good especially for little kids I am a kid at heart
I downloaded these apps because I like stuff with cause-and-effect because I cannot see very well
I am definitely going to recommend these apps
The only change I would make is that you change it to a heart most babies love music I think iHarp would sound really soothing instead of a drum

### 4/5 — Lovely

*2013-11-01, version 1.2*

Great for 4~18 months baby. Just turn the guided access ON in the iPad settings to prevent baby from switching the app to another one of yours.

### 5/5 — Baby loves it

*2013-10-16, version 1.2*

Simple but well designed app, clearly made by someone with a baby of their own. Our 10 month old loves playing with it, squealing with delight as she bashes out sounds.

### 4/5 — My baby loves it!

*2013-07-12*

My five month old girl loves musical hands and seeks out my ipad to have her daily music session. Thanks for making a nice simple ap for babies.

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2013-06-25, version 1.2*

My baby started playing with it at four months by kicking the screen with her feet. Now she's almost five months and loves playing with her fingers. At first we had an issue of her being able to close it down or change screens but by husband found a way to lock it in place.

### 5/5 — Love!

*2013-05-03*

My 11 week old loves this app. At this age there isn't much that gets a reaction but to see her reach to touch my iPhone and play music and look so interested is awesome! Thank u for this app!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2013-03-20*

Our 8 month old love it. She wanted it back on her hands. Still touching with her whole hand but she enjoy the music produced by it. Huge big smiles. Thanks

### 5/5 — Simple but great

### 4/5 — Love it

My daughter started playing with this at 4 months and a month later she loves it and her hand eye coordination has improved greatly.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht - Geldverschwendung

*2019-03-15*

### 1/5 — Needs work

*2017-03-07, version 1.2*

For me this app is a total waste of money. Every time my son hits the screen it shuts down. Refund please!

### 1/5 — Keinen Cent wert

*2017-01-15*

Gibt es auch umsonst und funktioniert nicht richtig.....

### 1/5 — No likely

*2017-01-05, version 1.2*

Too simple.. one screen only.

### 1/5 — hidden costs

*2016-08-23, version 1.2*

Paid original cost, then charged again less than 2 weeks later. Deleted app...

### 1/5 — Boring

*2015-06-03, version 1.2*

My little man was over it after 2 minutes what a waste of money

### 1/5 — No sound.

*2012-08-07, version 1.1*

Waste of a download without the sound. Would be great if they fixed it.

### 1/5 — No sound

*2012-03-27, version 1.1*

I'm not sure if there is some settings I have to do but I'm not getting any sound from this and my volume is all the way up so my daughter hasnt paid much mind to it.

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2011-12-30, version 1.1*

The worst app ever so far can't believe I spent 99 cents. Very boring for a 10 month baby she lost interest after 5 seconds!

### 1/5 — Not worth 99 cents

*2011-12-22, version 1.1*

It is extrememly limited and if the baby presses too long the Ipad brings up other screens, wish I wouldn't have bought it, could have given the money to the salvation army for Christmas.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — lovely

*2024-04-25*

i’ve used this app for all four of my children, when they were young toddlers. it’s just musical sounds and soothing colors that play when the screen is touched. it’s sweet :)

### 5/5 — Perfect for the 10 month old

*2020-02-16, version 1.2.1*

Baby doesn’t know how to use the home button yet, so she gets minutes of fun mashing on this making sounds. Disable multi-touch gestures for the ultimate baby friendly experience. Simple & elegant & satisfying to play with. Runs great on a first gen iPad mini!

### 5/5 — No accidental exits or menus—yay!

*2019-07-26*

No silly animation, so it’s more active play and not just watching TV. I LOVE that toddler can’t accidentally exit or hit a menu that stops the keys from working. Also love that there are no in-app purchases so I don’t have to worry about accidental purchases.

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2018-12-30, version 1.2.1*

My 5 month old boy loves it! The bright colours easily capture his attention and he gets so excited every time he taps the screen.

### 5/5 — Accessibility!

*2018-08-17*

This app is self-voicing and fully accessible for children who are visually impaired or blind. Thank you for creating an app that is exciting for ALL babies and toddlers!
FYI: the app does work with VoiceOver (Apple’s screen reader); however, only the piano sounds are heard, even when touching the read and blue squares.

### 5/5 — baby k

*2017-07-24*

It's perfect for my cousin kaysin

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2017-07-07*

My parenting does not involve screen time for my child. But I came across this app and it is PERFECT. It's simple, clean, and minimal. My daughter (currently 15mo) loves playing music and pushing buttons so this is great. We can even work on colors with it.

So, so, so, so great!

### 5/5 — Love love love this app

*2017-03-01*

My 6 week old son will kick it with his feet during tummy time and smiles at the sounds. It's a lot of fun to watch him react to the different sounds.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2015-01-06, version 1.2*

My daughter really loves this app! It keeps her entertained

### 5/5 — Meine Tochter (8M) liebt das Spiel...

*2014-09-18*

...und das ist das wichtigste! Hey, für 89,- Cent (!) kann es kein Fehlkauf sein!
