We can watch her sleep while we work, on the metro, wherever.” But the app barely functions half the time. It goes fuzzy grey when we put her down for a nap, it takes ages to load (and usually doesn’t end up producing an image! Just an endless cycle of “please wait. Establishing an encrypted channel,”) and the device goes off-line at least once a week. Not to mention the headache of telling our sitter “if you need to quit the app to try and get it to restart, please do so,” so many times that she ends up sitting in the baby’s room while our baby naps. To say that we are disappointed is a true understatement. This product is insanely expensive compared to the other options on the market. It also kills your phone battery (and the lifetime of your phone) so if you’re concerned about that, look for another product. I don’t recommend buying it at all!!! ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-12-13, version 1.5.0* Constantly crashes or disconnects from the camera. Logs you out and won’t let you log back in so the camera essentially becomes a hunk of junk you can’t use. Trash. Every time I try and turn it in to see the baby, the app gets fuzzy and pixelated and gray and just sits there. Our wifi is strong when this happens too because I always check. We will be switching to the Babysense that has the physical monitor only because that one works great. ### 1/5 — Why Fi Connectvity Problem *2024-04-20, version 1.4.1* I cannot connect my Baby Sense See because there is a 28 character limit for your wifi + wifi pw combined. I cannot change my network name to meet the unprecedented requirement because my internet is through my landlord on contract. What were you people thinking by putting such ridiculous limitations on these cameras? Oh and ONLY 2.4Gz networks, too. What the h$$$ kind of app has that restriction? One of the dumbest things I've seen in all my life downloading apps. We have the dreamer sound machines and baby camera. Love the way I can control both dreamer and camera at the same time. Would definitely recommend. MUST HAVE ### 5/5 — “Dreamer” app is great *2024-01-13, version 1.3.11* We bought two dreamers because our second Hatch product bit the dust and these were half the price. I’m surprised these devices seem to be twice as good. Highly programmable, more sounds, more colors, clock, temperature reading, more responsive. Two recommendations for future updates. Make it possible to lock the device into the schedule. Make it easier to sync schedules between devices so my two sons rooms follow the same schedule without having to program each independently. ### 4/5 — Baby Monitor *2025-11-10, version 1.6.3* I love this monitor! The only downside is it doesn’t detect the temperature in the rooms. My son cannot sleep without the thunderstorm sounds and the light that we can make brighter or darker is great for those 4am feedings.
