Elle est très sécurisée et fiable pour parents et baby-sitter. Il y a seulement un petit bémol. Ce n’est absolument pas la faute de l’application cependant il peut arriver qu’un baby-sitting ne se soit pas bien passé ou pas comme il était prévu. Néanmoins nous baby-sitter, n’avons pas vraiment le moyen de pouvoir contester ou laisser des avis pour prévenir les futurs baby-sitters de notre mauvaise expérience . En effet, si nous laissons un mauvais avis sur le profil des parents, nous sommes sûres de recevoir en retour un mauvais avis sur notre profil baby-sitter , ce qui nous nuit grandement puisque les parents ne prennent que des baby-sitters avec exclusivement des avis cinq étoiles, ce qui est compréhensible. Par exemple certains parents dépassent parfois l’heure prévue de fin du baby-sitting sans pour autant changer l’horaire de l’annonce donc nous ne sommes pas payé du temps travaillé en plus alors que cela est rendu possible par l’application. D’autres ne respecte pas le nombre d’enfants indiqué sur l’annonce ou bien on se retrouve à faire plus de taches que prévu dans la description en étant seulement prévenu sur place. Il peut aussi naturellement arriver qu’il y ait eu des soucis avec les parents ou avec les enfants et qui n’ont pas su traiter correctement leur baby-sitter. L’application qui ne peut rien y faire cependant il serait plus agréable pour les baby-sitters d’avoir un moyen d’informer de ces mauvais expériences sans que cela nous soit nuisible en retour. Pauline @Babysittor ### 1/5 — L’abonnement un an : un scandale *2026-05-06, version 4.18.1* J’ai eu besoin d’utiliser l’application une seule fois. Là où j’habite, je ne l’utiliserai pas de nouveau. Pour pouvoir ne serait-ce qu’échanger avec les baby-sitters candidates, je dois m’abonner. C’est déjà discutable, mais passons … Au moment de payer, j’ai fait le choix de la formule à 7€90 par mois, et il est spécifié « annulable à tout moment ». J’en ai donc conclus que je pourrais annuler mon abonnement et ne payer qu’un mois, comme c’est le cas par exemple, pour les plateformes de streaming. Quelle a été ma surprise, quand j’ai réalisé que j’avais en fait été prélevée de 12x7€90, soit 94€80 pour un an. 100 euros pour pouvoir simplement échanger avec des candidats ! Et, bien entendu, « Par l’acceptation des Conditions Générales et par l’adhésion à l’une des formules d’Abonnement proposée par la société BBS, il est considéré que les Parents ont expressément renoncé à se prévaloir de leur droit de rétractation. » alors qu’il ne m’a pas été proposé de consulter les Conditions Générales au moment du paiement. Cette façon de faire est purement malhonnête. ### 5/5 — Avis J’aime beaucoup BabySittor, l’appli est bien présentée, facile à comprendre *2025-11-01, version 4.15.0* Pratique et simple d’utilisation, et surtout très très demandée, j’ai eu du mal à obtenir une garde tellement il y a de baby Sitteur j’ai dû mettre au moins 6 mois, et pourtant je me proposais partout.. Mais du coup, pour les baby sitter comme pour les parents c’est rapide, efficace et même parfois moins gênant car le paiement se fait sur l’appli, donc pas besoin d’attendre que les parents s’accordent sur le prix..
