It doesn’t work - I tried registering our stroller twice and. It never went through. It’s useless - there are instructional videos on YouTube. You have to sign in every time even if you click to save the sign in info. You have to constantly go in and out of the app in order to get the icons on the front page to work. You don’t receive any sort of email confirmation that you’ve registered the product and there’s no dashboard to view the products you have registered within the app despite creating an account. I found there is a form for product registration on their website, but the only reason I registered through the app was because the manual stated the warranty would be extended from 180 days to 1 year for free. The account on the website also appears to be completely separate from the app as my password was not recognized in the app after I signed up on the website first. ### 1/5 — Pathetic app! *2024-03-24, version 1.0.2* It’s seriously looks like Chinese scam app. No info for installation or any configuration details. The app is a very old, dated app that barely works on the newer OS. I clicked video instructions and the only video it has is a sale pitch video. When you go to register the product, you fill out all your info. Scan the QR code. The “manual” was just links they could have provided without all this mess. Waste of time!!! ### 1/5 — Not necessary *2025-08-29, version 1.0.2* I agree that this app is totally unnecessary. The paperwork says you will receive an extended warranty from 12 months to 1.5 years if you download and register on the app. However, there was no indication whatsoever that this was done. I ended up registering on the regular website as well where you would think the password would be the same as the app, but was not. Not a very good setup and not user friendly. ### 1/5 — This app is garbage *2025-07-19, version 1.0.2* I should have followed the warnings from the other reviews but thought “how bad could a simple registration be?”. It is bad. The navigation covers the form fields midway through the state selection. The fields don’t auto populate with profile information saved on your phone. The worst is that there is no feedback on form submission. You don’t know if it was successful or if there were errors. I ended up just registering online. The main screen kept glitching and only once did I catch a glimpse of the icons that were represented in the paper manual I got with the car seat.
