Praticamente impossível usar o aplicativo. Dificuldade para conectar a câmera no aplicativo pelo Wi-Fi, mesmo colocando a senha correta. Reiniciando, nada funciona. A funcionalidade com a câmera dela, sem usar internet, é excelente!

Увидела долгожданное обновление, обрадовалась что будет работать лучше и обновила приложение.... и.... оно начало вылетать постоянно.... решила переустановить... теперь приложение не видит камеру, только по QR-коду и все.... после этого телефон не видит камеру и следовательно постоянно показывает офлайн... видео няня за 24 тыс превратилась в обычную видел няню.... без подключения по wi-fi. Звонили в Сервесный центр-камеры эти больше не продают отдельно...мы хотели купить ещё одну камеру в другую детскую... по ходу выводят камеры и видео няни данной модели

Advanced setting feature is to set up your wifi to the device. It is poorly designed, as it is locked and they offer no help to troubleshoot this feature. 
You only have one way to enable camera to work with the app, and it’s with the reset button. If this button does not work, then you are no able to use the advanced setting in the app menu to set up any wifi connection. This is a waste of time, and sad considering it is a pricey product. This is terrible for Samsung standards. I wouldn’t buy this again or recommend anyone to buy if you can’t use the app, to go mobile on your phone.

The app does not work. It does not connect. It does not open all the settings. We have two cameras, but the charging port on the monitor broke within one year. So we wanted to use the app as an alternative option. The connection keeps failing, cannot use at all. Restarted, reopened multiple times. I do not recommend this product or the app. Although, the cameras has nice features, so I am disappointed that I cannot use them to view the room.

We started using this after our Baby View monitor’s charging port began to malfunction. Since we bought two cameras, we didn’t want to scrap $300+ worth of equipment. Unfortunately, that’s what will likely happen. This app constantly has problems keeping a WiFi connection active, or even connecting to the camera. It’s missing features that the now failed monitor has, such as: temp and humidity information as well as camera pan and tilt functions. 1/5 is generous, and I can’t believe Samsung would support such a lackluster developer performance. Pass on the app, and definitely pass on Samsung as they don’t bother to stand behind their products. Never again.

I tried reviving the camera I have since the monitor died a couple of years ago. I had this stored in my babies closet and though maybe I could re-download the app and get the camera to work. The app is completely useless and the camera never connected to WiFi. This was a gift and wish I had taken it back when it was given to us over 2 years ago. Guess I’ll just throw the camera away along with the useless monitor it came with. Samsung this was a huge disappointment of a product. Not even sure it’s on the market anymore I sure hope not!

I’ve had this monitor for 2 years it worked pretty good at first then the handheld unit quit charging and now the app won’t allow me to access the advanced setting so I can not connect to the wifi making this a complete waste of money!

Ваша видеоняня была лучшей на рынке! Но это же не значит, что надо расслабиться и больше ничего не делать. Приложение работает ужасно! Камера вечно зависает, из приложения часто выбрасывает. Наблюдать со звуком более нескольких секунд не получается, все виснет.

Самсунг ?!? Ау ?!  Это приложение тянет на 2008 год максимум ! Тормозное жутко. Не адаптировано к iphone x и далее. Если читаете мой отзыв и хотите купить данное изделие из-за доступа через wifi к камере - задумайтесь !

The port to charge the monitor is garbage, the app is garbage and the price is ridiculous for what you get, NOT EVEN FREE is worth it 1 and half month in and the monitor never charged again, couldn’t be more disappointed!!!!! The app doesn’t connect!!! Omg what a mistake!
There should be NO STAR!

Приложение вообще не сложным оказалось, в плане пользования всё достаточно удобно, разобрались с супругой быстро. В плане работы пока всё стабильно, особых проблем нам не встречалось.

For anyone who says they don’t know how to operate you can do all the same functions on the app like if you want to move the camera angle swipe your finger on the video live feed and it’ll move same functions people read the user manual

Нам приложение очень понравилось, поскольку можно удалённо наблюдать, что происходит с нашим малышом. Радует наличие функции моментального снимка. После обновления стало работать без задержек.

Поначалу расстроилась, потому что не получалось настроить работу этого приложения по инструкции! Нашла обучающее видео на ютуб  специально для этого приложения и все получилось!!! Теперь онлайн трансляция с видеоняни у меня в телефоне

Like most of you, I got frustrated early on as I follow the small manual and got nowhere to connect the WIFI. 

I called the 800 customer service and the tech walked thru step by step. 

I got multiple devices like iPad, iPhone and they all got connected at the same time via WI-FI. 

App needs to get a better manual and some of the functions need to be revamped to make an excellent app.

App working great on both my iPhone and my wife’s. The only problem I had was the initial setup of adding it to my WiFi. I had to remove my home’s WiFi from my iPhone so there was a consistent connection from my iPhone to the Baby View for the initial setup. I added my home WiFi after I was done. No problems since.
