This is the one and Only App that does that. Any other apps like Bank of America, Patelco Credit Union are great - even for longer than a minute when I go back to their apps I’m not timed out. BAC must step up their game in the digital world Zelle transfers is such another topic for another time ### 1/5 — Poor choices in new update *2023-09-21, version 23.1.223* This app used to work perfectly with no issues. Since the new revisions, it constantly asks me to verify my identity, says it will send me a confirmation code but then never gives you the ability to enter the code, therefore locking you out. It also used to tell you both how much was left in your account after a transaction and also how much was being taken out for that transaction. Now it only displays what’s being taken out. I work 9-5 which is the same hours as the bank, and often work overtime so the only way for me to deposit my checks is via this app. If I can’t even do that then what’s the point of banking with them? ### 1/5 — App constantly logs me out *2023-09-06, version 23.1.223* It is so annoying that every time I need to use the app it has logged me out ### 1/5 — Deposit *2021-02-02, version 20.2.50* Trying to make a check deposit via app, Its not user friendly.
