I was banned for supposedly cheating and I have never cheated. I was good at this game and just knew how to use my resources strategically. I played for months all to be up and banned for no reason. Horrible!

Update: I sent in a ticket to get this fixed and still isn’t resolved or heard back. My username in the game was Billford and I have no way to find my user ID since I am banned. I need this fixed ASAP!
