I couldn’t remove the iPhone from “find my” on my account. They had to email the seller that sold me the faulty phone and make me wait two days to see if I could ship back after spending $500+ on my purchase. The customer service and return process is absolutely terrible. I will never shop here again. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 that was advertised as being in “Good” condition, but the phone arrived with several deep scratches and was in much worse condition than described. I left an honest review and uploaded photos showing the actual condition of the phone I received. The photos were directly related to my order and contained nothing inappropriate, personal, offensive, or unrelated. Back Market removed my review photos anyway. Customers should be allowed to share honest feedback and photos showing the actual condition of the products they receive. Removing legitimate evidence from a customer review makes the review system feel misleading and unfair. I hope Back Market reviews this issue and restores my photos. And if you go on any of the MacBook aggregators, Back Market tends to be the lowest price every time. I still wish I could get some more personal advice to make my final decision or to help me make my decision. I’m not a tech person, but I do know the specs that are required for my daughter’s grad school program. And I wish I had bought every computer from here. Since 2020 pandemic then 4 years of undergrad for 2 irish twins has been an expensive undertaking. I literally have a storage box with approximately eight obsolete laptops in it. It’s been a crazy time. And people need advice when buying. Everybody’s so afraid of buying the wrong thing. Because everything is so expensive. but still every used or refurbished computer aggregator will bring me back to this site!. The first one works as a backup (battery isn’t the best). The other boots up, then heats up and shuts down on its own. 1 year warranty? Sure, I sent it in for repair.
