Performance of the program is very good, WHEN IT WORKS! I spent many hours trying to set it up. Then it kept slowing down and turning itself off. Then I found out there was a problem with the program and I had to go buy an Ethernet cable and leave it plugged into the router (One person with the company said leave it on the Ethernet for 30 minutes, one person with the company said leave it on Ethernet for two hours). The technician is very nice but very difficult to get in touch with. Be available and ready for his call because you can never talk to him when you call. The whole experience has been frustrating. We spent $200 for the product. MANY hours, phone calls, and tension later, I’m going to try once again to climb a ladder, reach the back of the TV to plug the USB cable in and then remember the sequence I have to plug all the cords in (sequence not right, nothing works) and say a little prayer that it works. If I can get it to work, I’m not turning it off again until after the 4th!
