## What is Back2Fit Wellness?

Back2Fit is where you follow the fitness program your coach built for you.

Your coach sets the schedule. Each part of the program is laid out in order, so you always know what today's session is — no guessing, no scrolling through a library trying to work out where you left off.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• Sessions organised by week and by day, in the order your coach intended
• Video you can follow along with anywhere
• Notes, guides and materials your coach adds alongside the sessions
• Your remaining access, always visible on the course

HOW IT WORKS

Back2Fit is for people already working with a coach who uses it to run their program. Your coach gives you access — either an invite code or a direct unlock — and your courses appear when you sign in.

Nothing is sold in the app.
