FOR SHIPPERS & CONSUMERS

• Get alerts when status changes
• Message about a load when you need clarification
• Sign in with Google or Apple (Apple on iOS), or email and password
• Delete your account anytime in Settings

FOR DRIVERS
• See assigned loads and stop lists
• Navigate, update status, and capture proof of delivery (multiple photos)
• Share live location while a route is active — including background sharing when Always / all-the-time location is allowed
• Sign in with email and password only (documents require a dedicated driver account)

PERMISSIONS
• Location — live tracking on active routes (background only while a route is active)
• Camera / photos — scanning and proof of delivery
