What is a background eraser? 
Background eraser app can cut out any parts of the picture and make it transparent.  Then you can also add a new image as a second layer in the background behind the first layer.  For example; you can cut out the background for your selfie and add Eiffel Tower in the back.  It would look like you are taking a picture in front of Eiffel Tower and amaze your friends.
