## What is BACKI?

BACKI helps you keep track of work expenses you paid personally until the money comes back.

SEE WHAT YOU ARE OWED
• See the total your employer still owes you
• Separate submitted, approved and overdue amounts
• Monitor how long expenses have been outstanding

FOLLOW EVERY CLAIM
• Record expenses manually in seconds
• Move each claim from paid to submitted, approved, due or overdue
• Record partial repayments without losing the original expense history
• Keep fully reimbursed expenses in a searchable history

KEEP THE DETAILS TOGETHER
• Add an employer, category, claim reference and notes
• Search expenses by description, employer or claim
• Use one base currency across your records

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
BACKI needs no account or bank connection. Expenses and receipts are stored locally on your iPhone. The app includes no advertising or tracking.

BACKI is free for up to 10 outstanding expenses, with full Home and History, search, and partial or full repayment tracking. BACKI Full is an optional £4.99 one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited outstanding expenses, receipt images and PDFs, CSV export, custom categories and advanced History filters. No subscription.
