## What is BacklotHub?

BacklotHub is the operations hub for unscripted and documentary production companies. Everything your coordinators chase across spreadsheets, group texts and inboxes lives in one place your whole team can reach from set.

CREW
• Your roster with roles, rates, contact details and credits — find the right person and call them in one tap.
• Crew sign-up and a self-service portal where crew keep their own details current.
• Hiring requests routed to payroll, with a no-login confirmation link.

PRODUCTION
• Projects, schedules and a production calendar.
• Call sheets and crew feedback.
• Expenses and receipts — photograph a receipt and attach it on the spot.

GEAR & SHIPPING
• Inventory and hard-drive tracking with asset tags.
• Shipping requests, labels and live carrier status for everything in transit.

EVENTS
• Screenings and festival events with RSVPs and fast door check-in.

Share a crew form, shipping request or event link straight from your phone.

BacklotHub is for production companies and the crew who work with them. Accounts are provided by your production company; crew can request access from the sign-in screen.
