The app is not seamless to use. You already have money on your account wallet  but when you purchase some other items like food, you have to purchase using another 3rd wallet app.

After I input current location and destination, app crashes.  I have to redo several times. Worthless app.

I uploaded 800 pesos over the day thinking it was paying the taxi driver only to find out it was not. So the first taxi did not get paid and I have 800 donated to an app that will not let me use it or get a refund!

Zero customer support. Missing items with an order and tried contacting support multiple times and different ways, no response at all. 

App is terrible. It constantly freezes and doesn’t update. Menu of restaurants are missing information and doesn’t state what’s included. 

They would collapse if they had to compete with Grab or Uber or any other competitor.
