## What is BackToLife Parent?

Are you about to give your child their first phone or their first social media accounts? There is a better way than banning them or just crossing your fingers.

BackToLife removes the addictive parts of social media and leaves everything else. Your child can still chat with friends on Instagram, watch what they like on YouTube, and use TikTok and X. But without Reels, without Shorts, without infinite scroll, or recommendations designed to hook them for hours.

You control everything from your phone:

• Different filters for each network: on Instagram, hide Reels and Explore; on YouTube, hide Shorts, comments, subscriptions, or the home feed; on TikTok and X, hide the infinite video feed. You choose which ones, network by network.
• Set different schedules for school days and weekends.
• Block apps whenever needed.
• See their real-time social media usage: how long, when, and on which app.
• Add multiple children to the same account.

And they can't disable it. On their phone, it displays: "Filters are managed by your parents."

Getting started takes 2 minutes: install BackToLife on their phone, scan a QR code, and you're good to go.

No spying: we don’t read messages or conversations. You see the usage, not the content. Because parenting isn't about surveillance.

BackToLife was created in Spain by a young team that grew up with these platforms and knows exactly what makes them addictive. That's why we don't block social media—we just remove the venom.
