Isnt it supposed to turn green? Mine doesnt. ### 3/5 — I’m sure it’s great but *2026-06-21* I really only wanted to play an arpeggio chord progression to play on and either the UI is bad and I cannot find it, or this simple functionality doesn’t exist. The closest thing is the chord looper but those four “modes” are terrible. **Developer response:** Thanks Miguel for your review. By four "modes" in chord looper, you are referring to what? There are numerous sound packs and you can set any chord progression you want. There are also "one chord" backing tracks that you can use. Please help me with that if I upload a song of mine how do I know what’s the bgm and key? The only thing I’ll mention is the absent genres of country/folk/bluegrass/Irish tunes. Would love to see an assortment of those included. Could you perhaps include a fine tuner to adjust user added songs that may not conform to 440? Pretty impressed with app as is. Would love to see prev mentioned additions. ### 4/5 — Really really love it… but ! *2022-11-24* I use it every day and love it, I know it has an EQ but I wish if it has output volume control! I connect my audio interface to my iPad and use direct monitoring, the iPad master volume can’t be adjusted with this setup but the individual apps can, I use a few other apps that has volume control and works great but not this app , hope the developer can make and update to add this feature 🙏 ### 1/5 — Backtrackit *2022-04-12* This app is not what I thought it was going to be. Artist tracks are generic! I guess that’s a copyright thing ! **Developer response:** Sorry to hear that. Can you let me know which ones you tried? Remember that these are backing tracks so a Satriani track won't sound 100% like Satriani unless you solo over it with some Satriani chops. The App also includes a lot of original backing tracks that you can't find easily. The ones with odd time signature, the 4 styles in 1 minute, the track with live crowd, the drum battle, etc. I write and record every track myself. If you have some feedback on how to improve, please let me know. Only if you keep the subscription after 7 days, it becomes paid. You can cancel at anytime during your trial and not be charged anything. So if you want to add songs, make sure you are syncing them with your phone's Music library. For stem separation (instrument remover), there is an "import from files" button where you can import your own mp3s directly to process. I use Backtrackit to practice playing drums and I think the genre variety and the quality of the songs is eccellent. The app even offers drumless tracks in a variety of styles, which makes it ideal for my use case.
