## What is Backup Family?

Backup is a private, invite-only network where families share and book the babysitters they already know and trust.

No public search. No strangers. No star ratings. Just the sitters your friends actually use.

HOW IT WORKS
• Create your family profile and invite the sitter you already use
• Invite families you trust — school parents, neighbors, the group chat
• See who your circle uses: "Trusted by the Parks and the Nguyens" means more than five stars from strangers
• Providers stay private until they accept your introduction request — they always have the final say
• Search availability, send a booking request, and pay how you already do (Venmo, Zelle, or cash — never through the app)

Your whole circle in one living picture: your family at the center, your trusted providers and families around you, and private providers waiting to be introduced.

TRUST, NOT RATINGS
After each booking, both sides answer one private question: would you book again? No public reviews, no scores — just real relationships.
