There scanner broke or they just don’t know who to use it. So they ask for your phone number instead and takes like 10min to give it to them because they can’t understand the number through the drive through. Fix your rewards process. Has option to re link because they did update or something and just puts me through loops w out working. Please tell me how to fix.
