The UI is ancient and non intuitive - it is incredibly cumbersome to order a customized drink given all the back and forth you have to do. This is the only coffee shop that I know of that addresses the problem with coffee ice in their iced coffee. Simple yet effective solution ensuring an enjoyable undiluted experience to the last sip. Add to it that it’s Hawaiian coffee and it’s an excellent experience that keeps me caffeinated and coming back.
