## What is Badala?

Badala is the shared team inbox Bricks companies use to talk with their customers on WhatsApp and Instagram, built on Meta's official business messaging APIs.

Everything your team needs to run customer conversations from a phone:

INBOX
- Every WhatsApp and Instagram conversation in one place, live as messages arrive
- Unread, pinned, and muted conversations, with open and resolved states
- Assign conversations to teammates so nothing is answered twice

CHAT
- Text, photos, videos, documents, voice notes, stickers, and emoji
- Reply within WhatsApp's 24 hour window, or send an approved template outside it
- Delivery and read receipts on every message
- Internal notes with teammate mentions, invisible to the customer

SPEED
- Canned responses for the answers you type every day
- Message templates with variables, ready to send in two taps
- Full message and contact search

TEAM
- Contacts directory shared across your workspace
- Per channel access so an agent sees only the conversations they work on
- Push notifications for new messages, quiet for muted conversations

Badala is a workspace app for teams at Bricks affiliated companies. Accounts are created by your workspace admin, so there is no public sign up. If your team uses Badala on the web, sign in with the same email and password here.
