transh app. It’s just an todo list.don’t waste your time to download.the developer uses ai generated videos to marketing.

So I purchased a plan and it literally just has a list. There is no programs or videos of workouts, no food options, no nothing. Just a check list of what you did that day. So not worth $47.99
