They are prompt with resolutions and keep updated on progress resolution. They also supportive when you are not knowledgeable of the steps to make the app work for you ### 4/5 — Convenient *2023-12-16* I’ve booked from many ride share companies in the last year, and I dealt with really rude people!! I must say, Kelly and Whin at Baddour are always very helpful ! It’s convenient and easy to set up the reservation and the security deposit isn’t to expensive as other places I’ve rented from ! I do think Baddour should offer some type of discount/incentive for repeating customers! ### 4/5 — Go for it *2023-12-14* Baddour is great, I haven’t had any issues. I never have a problem when I need to get in contact with customer service. The owner of the vehicle I’m driving is amazing. Nick is always willing to help me out in my time of need. The only thing is the price of the car a day isn’t the actual price. So if you’re paying $44 day you’re actually paying $70 and some change. You’re paying for the day, insurance, service fee, and sales tax. Which you’re not made aware of when you originally book the vehicle. Requirements are way too unnecessary to just RENT A CAR . what you don’t want my money ? so i can make money to give you more money ??! if you afraid to take this cash then say that . Issues I have with app: 1. where are your rules and requirements in the app ??? 2. you take someone’s money even if you feel like they don’t qualify so why not block my payments? 3. there are NOT that many cars . they are under 2013 & hideous with high mileage and no upgrades 4. once you book your car you’re supposed to hear back from owners , no one ever does . had to go through my bank to get them to give my money back 5. the weekly cost of the car is NOT the actual amount you will pay it’s usually more so it’s a lie . car will say “$32/day” and wind up being $66 per day . on most car rentals , insurance is maybe $15-20/ day . so how is my total $66 ( it has to be fees added because taxes are an extra 8-10) my story: i saw this app and downloaded it the first time . connected my rideshare account everything was fine . i went to secure a car and didn’t hear from ANYONE not baddour or the owner . so i called my bank to get my funds back . after that i deleted the app . i was like let me try again , so i redownloaded the app and connected my shoppers app and was told it didn’t qualify . then i tried to reconnect my rideshare app and was told that too did not qualify for a car . but it did at first ? make it make SENSE . so yeah second deletion . app seriously not worth all this trouble ### 1/5 — Scammers *2024-07-30* Don’t rent from them it’s a scam from to the people that rent out cars everyone will ghost you stop answering your calls several people have been going through this they need to be stopped don’t fall for anything they sell you on. ### 1/5 — No reliable *2024-05-15* I do not understand why this type of application requests sensitive and personal security information in order to register. In the description it says that it does not collect information, but in reality if it does, this application is not reliable. ### 1/5 — This App Is A Joke & A Scam!!!!! *2024-05-05* is this a scam or what this the second time I booked a rental and after booking there turns out to be no vehicles available! Take 4-5 hrs to respond, can't ever talk directly to the owners of the vehicles before or after booking, cars that aren't available is always on the app & you never find out until after booking Spending your money that the car you selected isn’t available, then they tell you they have a different vehicle available, so I said ok let’s try it, then they turn around and say ok let me check with owner to make sure the vehicle is still available, turns out it’s never available, I made a deposit over 24hrs ago & still nothing available! I’m trying really hard not to involve my lawyer!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — RUN RUN RUN FROM THESE SCAMMERS *2024-04-11* They’re not worthy of even one star. They rent out cars with high mileage/vehicle and wayyy too overpriced. But that’s another conversation for another day. I was scammed by one of the owners after returning his vehicle Austin Huffman. It’s a white Jetta. We were communicating all the way up until I returned the vehicle. When I asked when should I expect my security deposit back I didn’t get a response. So I sent another message and still no response. I called Baddour and they acted like they were going to call him and figure out why he wasn’t sending me my money. Guess what? No response from them either!!! I’m going to small claims court with this one because you can’t keep getting away with playing with people! Can’t wait to see you guys in court! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-03-16* They don’t do good business! They lied and give you old cars with lots of miles on it. Then you have all these problems and they blame you for it. They don’t give you the cars that you want. They give you the cars they want to give you. ### 1/5 — Beware, Someone Charged My Account And I Never Rented *2023-11-23* Beware of this company. I signed up, but there was a “glitch” that prevented me from going through with the rental. I called customer service and someone said he would have to contact the renter for me and set things up. I explained that I didn’t feel comfortable, and said I would wait for the app to come back up. Someone sent me a text a week later, and I told him I already had a rental, then I saw that someone tried to charge my card for $208 but it was declined since I moved my money out of the account. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-10-01* These reviews have to be either bought or fake. I tried this app first they don’t have many cars available at all I looked using different areas and the same 7 cars continue to show up. Then they give you the impression that when u sign up that is your application on whether they will allow you to book or not but it isn’t. They wait til you pick a car and reserve it to tell you that you don’t qualify. Their qualifications are unreasonable. Even though I met all the requirements I got denied because of one which is that you have to have 1500 rides per year to rent with them. They don’t tell you this when you first sign up and it is a very petty requirement. This means first time Uber drivers aren’t allowed to rent and basically no one unless driving Uber is your entire life. They can’t possibly be making money with 7 vehicles and the most strict requirements ever known to man.
