## What is بديل?

Badeel is Egypt's first platform dedicated to reselling installment-plan properties and transferring developer contracts.

If you own a unit on an installment plan and can no longer keep up with the payments, Badeel finds you a replacement buyer who takes over the remaining installments with the developer under the same original contract terms — while you recover what you have already paid, plus any premium you ask for.

Looking to buy? Badeel gives you access to units under older contracts, priced well below the developer's current price, with your exact savings calculated for you.

FOR SELLERS

— List your unit in two minutes

— Set the amount you want back and the premium you are asking

— Track your listing in real time: under review, listed, transfer in progress, transferred

— Zero commission on sellers

— Your phone number is never shown publicly

FOR BUYERS

— Browse units across Egypt's largest compounds: Madinaty, Palm Hills, Mountain View, SODIC, Hyde Park, Ora, the New Capital and the North Coast

— See the full breakdown: contract price, amount paid, remaining balance, monthly installment, years left

— Compare against the developer's current price and see exactly how much you save

— Filter by area, unit type, delivery status and premium

HOW IT WORKS

1. We review your developer contract, the transfer terms and your payments

2. We list your unit on the platform and our marketing channels

3. We qualify buyers and arrange viewings

4. We handle the official contract transfer with the developer until you receive your money

Contract transfers are completed officially through the developer with their approval. The Badeel team follows every document and procedure through to completion.

Sign in with your mobile number and a verification code — no passwords. You can request account deletion from inside the app at any time.

A major update: instant notifications, market trends, and browsing without signing up.

■ Instant notifications

— Sellers know the moment a unit is approved, goes live, or gets a viewing request
— An alert at every stage of the contract transfer, until you receive your money
— Buyers get notified as soon as a unit matching their search is listed
— A notification centre inside the app keeps every alert so you can go back to it
— Alerts reach you even when the app is closed

■ New "Market" tab

— The most in-demand units and areas, based on real buyer activity
— Average over-price and savings across the market right now
— Price trends in Egypt's largest compounds
— Helps sellers set a realistic price, and buyers judge whether an offer is fair

■ Browse without signing up

— Open the app and see the listings straight away, no details required
— You only sign in when you need a unit's full details or want to list your own
— An optional WhatsApp number at sign-up so we can reach you faster on deals

■ Improvements

— Photos now upload straight from your library, including iPhone HEIC files that
  were previously rejected
— Faster listing and search loading
— Arabic layout fixes and improved stability

Signing in is still just your mobile number and a verification code. Your number
is never shown to anyone on the platform, and you can request account deletion
from inside the app at any time.
