It’s a great way to log everything, keep detailed notes and add thousands of leads. It’s an easy-to-use CRM with a great route planner which has made me more efficient and added to my success. My company switched to SalesForce and was about to force me to drop Badger. I refused and bought Badger on my own. That’s how much I love it. You can quickly and efficiently plan your routes if you’re out knocking on business’ doors. It probably saves me 2 hours a week. I have lost all respect for this company, and I will not continue to use this app. ### 1/5 — Do NOT GET THIS APP *2025-10-04, version 3.40.1* We use this app for the company I work for. You cannot create a route and just have it all mapped out you have to do one by one. Then when it takes you to the map and go back to badger it kicks you out of the route. So you are having to click on the route and redo. I was charged for 2 month after cancellation through the App Store. The excuse I got was they use their own billing. We have a dealership for solar, we were exploring companies /tech to use for our field reps. I personally decided to download badger, try their system out and realized quickly it wasn’t something we would use and canceled the free trial. 30 days later I’m charged $60 for their subscription. Apple won’t refund me after two attempts and badger has zero support. Stay away ### 1/5 — Locked me out *2023-09-27, version 3.11.0* Had my username and password saved in Apple key chain and one day went to log in and was locked out. Did a password change and still couldn’t get into the app. Checked my credit card to make sure I was still being billed and of course I was… I contacted customer service through email because they don’t have a number listed so you can call of course. They claimed I was on a free trial??? Nope I was just billed so I went into Apple Subscriptions and cancelled. Problem solved even though I was still payed up for the rest of the month. When I have more than 20 stops in a day, it does a great job sorting them into the most efficient order - saves a ton of time. I use both the mobile app on the go and the desktop version equally easily. For my business (visiting restaurants to build partnerships), this has been especially valuable: I need to find the right locations, plan the right route, and track what stage each contact is at. The features I love the most are being able to lasso and within seconds map out an optimized target list for the day. I also utilize filters a lot so that I can quickly hone in on specific targets within an area and then Lasso that and turn it into a territory routing for the day and all of this takes under 60 seconds.
