## What is Badger?

Badger is a personal AI agent that can block your distracting apps and builds strategies to help you follow through.

Tell it what you want to change, what gets in the way, and what you enjoy. Badger uses your screen time and the context you choose to share to figure out how to help.

Want to walk more and spend less time scrolling? Badger can connect the two: your steps earn you time on your favorite apps. If you’d rather lift weights, a gym check-in can unlock them instead.

Keep losing your mornings to scrolling in bed? Badger can keep distracting apps locked until you send a photo from your kitchen, giving you a push to get up and start your day.

Badger remembers the goals you’re working on and proactively helps you make progress. It checks in, learns what’s helping, and changes the strategy when you’re stuck. If walking for screen time isn’t getting you moving, it can try a gym check-in or build a different approach around something you enjoy.

These are just a few ways Badger can help. The strategy grows with you, so you can spend more of your time doing things you actually want to do.

Start by telling Badger one thing you’d like to change.

### 5/5 — First time one of these have ever worked!

*2026-10-21*

I can’t describe how helpful badger actually is. It’s so easy to use and badger seems to know how to actually get me off my phone. Like it gave me a light version of YouTube without shorts so I don’t get sucked in to scrolling. It did the same for instagram without reels. It started blocking my apps in the morning and made a mini feed of stuff I’m interested in for the day then made me get some steps in to unlock the apps so I don’t get stuck in bed in the mornings like usual. 10/10 recommend, if you have been looking for a solution to stop doomscrolling - this is it and you can stop your search!!
