## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.6.0 — 2026-09-17

Updates now take care of themselves.
When a new version is ready, Badgie Golf installs it before you tee off and shows you real progress. If coverage on the course is poor, you can carry on and it will finish later.
We also moved the app to a newer engine, so it starts faster and runs smoother.
Thanks for playing with us.

### 2.5.0 — 2026-08-29

• Distance to the green on your lock screen: see how far you are without unlocking, and watch it update as you walk with the phone in your pocket.
• Front, centre and back of the green, next to the scorecard and the same tap-to-score buttons.
• Your call: asked once when you start a round, and switched on or off any time in Settings → Live card.
• Stability fixes in scoring and in the GPS rangefinder.

### 2.4.0 — 2026-07-27

• Apple Watch app: score your card from your wrist, synced with your phone.
• Play with friends: stableford, medal, match play and skins with handicaps applied for you and a live leaderboard.
• GPS distances to the green (front/center/back).
• Official rounds signed by your marker.
• RFEG tournaments, design improvements and fixes.
