## What is Badline AI?

Badline AI is the front desk for small and mid-size service businesses that run on the phone. Our AI agent answers every call, books the work, screens spam and pages you when something is urgent. This app puts all of it in your pocket.

EVERY CALL, ANSWERED
See each call the moment it ends: who called, what they needed and what happened. Read the summary, scroll the transcript or play the recording.

CALL BACK IN ONE TAP
Callers who want a person land on your Callbacks list, urgent first. Tap to call them back, then mark it done.

BOOKINGS AT A GLANCE
Today and upcoming, with every job the agent booked. When the agent holds a time for you to approve, confirm it with one tap.

KNOW THE MOMENT IT MATTERS
A notification for every booking, every new lead and every emergency.

RUN YOUR AGENT
Change your hours, greeting, services and prices, and who gets paged in an emergency. Follow the guide to forward your business line.

Badline AI works for service businesses of every kind: HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, junk removal and dumpsters, garage doors, movers, propane and fuel delivery, home remodeling, auto repair, auto detailing, restoration and more.

Any service business can get Badline AI at badline.ai. Once your business is set up, sign in here with the email on your account.
