## What is Badminton Shadow?

BadShadow is an app dedicated to badminton shadow training.
Work on your footwork, court positioning and movement sequences using visual targets displayed on the court.
Create your own shadow exercises or use programmed sessions. Adjust the training speed to match your level and goals, with automatic or programmed training modes.
On iPhone and iPad, BadShadow lets you clearly visualize targets and follow your sessions. With a compatible Apple Watch, the app can also detect your strokes during training and enhance the exercise.
