Very frustrating. I’ve also had issues with the Reward Club not working properly. That said, my order arrived the next day as I’d asked. ### 4/5 — Post code *2025-07-28, version 7* Tried several time to use the post code box to identify a ASDA store to pick up from, kept saying both post code and City no recognisable, Post code being DE75 7TA and City being Derby ### 3/5 — Can’t use Asda toyou *2025-06-23, version 6.1* There are still plenty of glitches to the app, stopping you from returning to the Home Screen and not opening the keyboard when required. When trying to use Asda toyou, it will not recognise any stores or towns/cities ### 2/5 — They don’t homer carers *2024-12-04, version 2.0.1* I chose this site to shop on as it allows us carers discount ! I just got a red box saying Fraud and couldn’t proceed any further. Order went through fine on the site ### 4/5 — Good App but needs work. *2024-07-02, version 1.0.2* The app had a slow start as I had been unable to actually complete an order but since updates I have had no issues ordering. Really difficult and clunky - almost gave up as didn’t feel confident that my order would go through successfully even if I managed to get to pay! I did this but it says that the code expired on May 31st. It’s super misleading to get people to download your app in this way. ### 1/5 — Payments Issue *2024-05-27, version 1.0.1* The app froze after I authorised the payment in my banking app. The money has been taken from my bank account, however the items remained in the basket, with no order confirmations in the app or via email. ### 1/5 — Poor filter on app *2024-05-26, version 1.0.1* Clothes may fit larger people, but you have to scroll through everything as the filter mechanism is poor.
