Half the time it doesn’t connect, ghost notifications & badge count errors, every time you try to log in it shows the Fingerprint/FaceID enablement screen and trying to refresh content is a complete joke. I would suggest this app is rewritten from the ground up, thinking about how other apps work and UI design rethink. ### 1/5 — Will not let me in *2020-03-26, version 3.0.0* How anyone managed to release a company app that does not recognise all user login formats shows they did not do research. It assumes that user names are along lines of John.smith when they are not, there are folks that have just jsmith type log ins, but these are not recognised. With COVID 19 there is no support. So cannot use. ### 1/5 — Won’t Open *2020-03-23, version 3.0.0* Downloaded and installed but will not open. Reinstalled 3 times with phone turned off/on - no avail. Tried pausing notifications and clearing cache, now just get a white screen…??? ### 2/5 — Can’t stop feeds I’m not interested in *2020-09-11, version 4.1.0* I am part of the Australian business and yet I am constantly being fed articles to do with the Air sector that I can’t seem to stop. Likewise with Maritime and Sustainment. ### 2/5 — Ghost notifications *2020-08-13, version 4.0.0* Constantly shows notification several times even though you’ve already viewed it. Just get white screen Sorted now, had to delete and download 3 times ## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Pretty neat way of staying informed *2020-09-08, version 4.1.0* I feel my original complaint about having to scroll down and down forever is a bit unfair. After all no one else (except me) complains about not being able to find posts on Facebook and having to scroll down and down forever. Periodic notifications are sent out summarising stuff you might have missed with links to locate it quickly, so that's good. Also the killer feature for me is being able to read company news during "dead time", like on the train or in the COVID queue to enter Waitrose:) ### 5/5 — Clean and useful *2020-09-04, version 4.0.0* Very simple UI and a clean interface makes this App really easy to use. Another plus is the contents can be streamlined to suit your liking. Good work, kudos the team behind this. ### 5/5 — Excellent *2020-05-15, version 4.0.0* Has been invaluable during lockdown, and issues updates quicker than I would see them on the intranet. With the current COVID-19 situation it appears that the number of users increased suddenly and the IT struggled. This seems to have been addressed so it now loads quickly and doesn’t keep saying it’s offline. The information is interesting rather than useful, in particular the Rochester UK site doesn’t seem to be using it. ### 3/5 — I CANNOT LOG IN *2019-06-25* I’m having problems logging in.
