I keep getting the wrong distance from where my address is to the restaurant and when I go to order it show the correct one this is rlly inconvenient

The algorithm initially estimates the distance from your location to the restaurant, then the app uses Google map service to determine the driver's actual distance traveled to calculate. Hard to use, not many good restaurants. This company bought out vietnammm, a far superior app for ease of navigation and speed. This app is terrible and everyone I know has stopped using it. Use Foody instead, much more straightforward and easy to use.

This app does not work right.  Cannot correct incorrect info, loaded wrong address and on top of that could not get through to an English speaker. Vietnammm was sooooo much better. You all need to get this stuff corrected.

There is no way to browse restaurants. You can only search for them. A large number of the restaurants are closed. Also I chose English language but half of the app is still in Vietnamese.

Absolute lie when promised “same restaurants” as vietnammm. No international restaurants, ‘english’ setting is a confusing mix of English and Vietnamese. Searches continuously ‘thinking’ without displaying results. Who on earth would use this? Back to emailing/calling individual restaurants & having change ready to pay, I guess...

Forced to use this app which has made me just contact restaurants directly as this app is horrible. Not user friendly, missing so many restaurants compared to vietnammm, navigation to find restaurants is laughable, and overall this really has been a sad rollout to this app. Honestly this app is a waste of my time I am hoping for improvement but not holding my breath.

This app is supposed to replace Vietnammm app for ordering, but currently has 1/3rd the restraints to order from.  

It’s less easy to go through as foreigner as all menu options are in Vietnamese. Yet the app is in English. 

Maybe it will be better in the new year but currently is shows no promise of being easy to use as vietnammm.

Fewer restaurants than Vietnammm.  Only a handful of menu items for restaurants listed; far fewer than the same restaurant listings in Vietnammm.

I now understand why restaurants are giving me flyers for their own delivery service sites.

I downloaded this app after they announced that they will close Vietnammm at the end of January. Compared to that app, this one is very user in-friendly. It’s cluttered, not easy to navigate at all. They’ve done a poor job of transitioning Vietnammm customers over to BAEMIN, but perhaps they don’t really care.

I don’t know why there are too many ppl complain about this app. I personally think this is a very great app, with a lot of discount as well. Highly recommend for everyone. 

And because Baemin just came to Vietnam market recently and that’s why they are only available in some district near center. But I think they will expand their network in the near future.
