### 1/5 — Really Bad Customer Service

I've been going here for years and it finally hit me how rude they are. There food is delicious don't get me wrong. The customer service is terrible, they conveniently know everyone else's name except for mine, even tho I’m there every morning, the women in the drive thru has such a  bad attitude! They apparently don't know how to give refunds, don't repeat your order in the drive through and when they get it wrong they are beyond mad at YOU! Now I'm not saying all of this from a 1 time experience this is from years of going there, and for an establishment with lots of Hispanic workers I just thought they didn’t like there jobs, so I always ignored the nasty attitudes in exchange for my delicious meals, but at this point I have to assume it has to do with skin tone.

Love the local coffee spot! Really great food and coffee! Love the APP. A way to skip the line!
