It won’t take my Facebook info and won’t let me create a chownow count so I can place my orders ? I don’t mind going inside to order but with how busy my job gets at times (I’m a mailman) and how busy it’ll get inside the store it’s easier to order through the app and have it ready once I get there and be in my way. We love bagel man however it’s quicker to go to the store, order your food, and wait for it. Just ordered on the app and it told me my order would be ready in 26 minutes. Sometimes you have to wait a while in line and for your order when you go in, but never 26 minutes! Also, not all options are on the app either. The place is crazy busy and it’s nice to just walk up to the counter for my order.....however something happened to the app, and there is no longer a section for “special instructions “. I like my egg scrambled and there used to be a place to type that in, there no longer is. I called and let them know, but nothing has changed! It is such a great idea. Hope someone fixes it soon.
