## What is Baggage Trace?

Before your trip, register your suitcase once at home with its photos, brand, colour and size.

Then, while waiting for your flight, take three minutes to select your suitcase, record your journey and photograph the baggage label provided at check-in.

If your bag goes missing, everything is ready to access the airline’s tracking service or share the essential information with the airline.

AT HOME

• Register each suitcase once  
• Save its name, brand, colour and size  
• Store at least three photographs for identification  

WHEN YOU TRAVEL

• Select the suitcase you are travelling with  
• Choose your airline  
• Photograph and scan the baggage receipt  
• Save the baggage tag number with your journey  
• Keep passenger, flight and baggage information together  

IF YOUR BAG IS DELAYED OR MISSING

• Access the appropriate airline baggage service  
• Copy passenger and tracking information quickly  
• Prepare a complete missing-bag declaration  
• Share suitcase details, photographs and the baggage receipt using your preferred email or sharing app  

YOUR INFORMATION STAYS WITH YOU

Baggage Trace stores your personal information, suitcase records and photographs locally on your device. Information is shared only when you choose to use the iOS sharing function.
