only had 1 wrap with loads of chicken when there was meant to be 3 wraps with chicken and all salad with garlic mayo

The food is good and excellent value. The staff are polite and work hard.  I rate the firm as 5, but cannot rate higher than 1 for the app because the website is so poor and hard to use; it almost puts me off giving them custom.  For one thing, it does not correctly identify addresses from postcodes, placing my house half a mile away with a different address. Furthermore, I cannot manually enter my address.  The website has no telephone contact details to ring them and place an order by phone.

I will only use them again if I am near enough to call in person.
