Disappointed with the app which lacks the ability to remember rooms or for the robot to resume cleaning from where it left off to charge. The actual map representation is basically useless as I am unable to distinguish even the shape of the room, let alone where the robot has/has not vacuumed. Very disappointed. ### 2/5 — Won’t connect to Google Home *2022-01-25, version 1.1.0* Unfortunately the app will not allow any connection to Google Home, the instructions in the app make no sense either, they ask us to open Google Home and add new device, then search for ‘googe’?!?! It’s like a place holder made by the designers but never followed up on. It’s a great little product, but the link they advertise doesn’t actually work. ### 2/5 — The App doesn't connect with Google. *2021-05-16, version 1.0.7* I hope this is being repaired. Currently the app isn't great but you can't connect it to Google either so you're stuck using the app. ### 1/5 — Doesn't understand Privacy Rights? *2020-12-11, version 1.0.7* You are asked to Agree to Bagotte privacy terms after confirming that you have read all the t&cs, but it does not give you the option to read them, nor does it tell you where you can go to read them! If you look on the web the policy is all encompassing and very poorly written. Mistakes abound. Including 2 subsections which are literally exactly the same (1.3.2 = 1.3.3) ### 1/5 — Seems fine *2020-07-07, version 1.0.2* Doesn’t connect with vacuum BG600 ### 1/5 — Cannot add my vac! *2020-06-30, version 1.0.2* Would love to be able to take advantage of scanning rooms and setting robovac to clean where I need him to. Unfortunately I cannot add my device, despite 20+ tries so I have to let the vac run free. On instruction said to look for Googe, which I am not sure what is this name come from, but I tried to search and it did not find it in Google home mini, I also tried to connect it with searching Bagotte and still no luck. You have to watch an ad every time. *2021-12-25, version 1.1.0* The new update added ads you have to watch before you can tell your robots to do anything. I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER ROBOT OF THIS BRAND just because of this. I really liked these too, but I will NOT tolerate this. It has worked so well with little fuss that we purchased this one for downstairs. We have two cats and a dog. It works well at getting up pet hair. Very rarely it seems not to find its way but once you reset it continues perfectly. ### 4/5 — Good app but few suggestions for developers *2021-05-19, version 1.0.7* Hi, This is a good app and easy to use but could you add a few scripts. 1 Phone notification when finished or docking. 2 add new button for Auto&edge then home 3 add mapping screen to edge clean - so you can see when and where. 4 phone notification for 100% charged and less then 10% battery remaining. 5 allow a self mapping or memory tool for example I have two rooms on different levels with a high gap so have to pick up and actually move it so it would be nice for the app to remember it’s rooms/ places so I can use it in rooms.
