I had a situation: I was a new user and did not notice how I indicated the payment for a taxi by bank transfer, but at the end of the trip I paid for a taxi in cash. I had a very busy day and none of the taxi drivers said that I had to pay by card, it turns out I paid at a double rate. When I wrote about this situation to the Bahrain taxi support service, they didn't even try to send me an answer! It's a great disappointment! Be prepared that you can pay twice for your inattention and no one will tell you about it. That day I paid three times in cash and my card was charged three times. Thank You So Much ### 1/5 — Hidden charges! *2019-10-10* After scheduling a taxi for specific time and it shows the estimated cost for BD 7... once I was dropoff it says extra charge BD 3 which total was BD 10... It could be better, but it gets the job done. The drivers are useless. They don't use the GPS features, they overprice and blame the app, and don't interact accurately (eg.
