Please fix the app. Haven’t been able to use it for a week now. Suggestion to also have mobile chat. So that when overseas can easily contact customer service in real time with (hopefully) fast replies.

New user for this app & rather disappointing as unable to perform fund transfer & even fail to add beneficiary. Call service center & was told that I need to delete & reinstall but still failed. Do something on this please. No point of complaining if the issue still persist.

I could use it in the beginning , but now it hangs and cannot work properly . I tried deleting it and reboot again but still does not perform . Some glitches in the app that needs fixing . Not user friendly like Maybank app .

having worst experience using the apps, Tried to top up my dst, and the recharge code couldnt be use as it is invalid code and the code has been used. and they seems like can't help much about it after called their call centre. really dissappointed with this service.

Keeps on saying exceed number of logins but i’ve never used it for few days. 
Soft token function is not working as well.
