There was a prompt asking me to "Please select type to continue," with options for Personal and Company. When I clicked Personal, nothing happened—it just didn’t go through. However, when I selected Company, it worked. If this is intentional, it should be clarified why Personal isn’t working. If it’s a bug, it needs to be fixed. This made the registration process frustrating and unclear.
