If you’ve registered in the cafe, the app doesn’t recognize you

I registered in the cafe. The emails I get that tell us to cash in on the rewards, require us to go through the app. However, I cannot log on to the app because it is not linked to the stores registration. If I try to recover and change password through the app, it says account does not exist. If I try to register all again through the app, it says both my phone # and email belong to an account. So if you are going to use this app, I would suggest you go through the app completely and do not register for rewards directly through the cafe. Hoping they will fix this. But since It’s too time consuming to try to resolve, I don’t see myself trying to fix this.
