The emails I get that tell us to cash in on the rewards, require us to go through the app. However, I cannot log on to the app because it is not linked to the stores registration. If I try to recover and change password through the app, it says account does not exist. If I try to register all again through the app, it says both my phone # and email belong to an account. So if you are going to use this app, I would suggest you go through the app completely and do not register for rewards directly through the cafe. Hoping they will fix this.
