### 1/5 — Rigged

*2025-10-14*

This app doesn’t work properly. Been trying to send my update for 2 hours now. The call us option to report issues doesn’t work and the idiotic attorney that requires this app is too much of a jackass to speak to you when reporting the app isn’t working most likely to set you up.

### 1/5 — Worst app

*2025-06-14*

Didn’t let me check in at 11:30 even though it was saying I had a check in “today”

### 1/5 — Spyware/ Trojan/ Malware “Chinese spyware”

*2025-06-07*

The Bailtec App on @Apple is allegedly illegally spyware with backdoor Trojans and malware. The app appears to illegally store and sell personal data for midland Texas and Los Angeles. It grants access to the users full phone along with being able to access personal files, photos, data, and more. I overheard Ava Witchers daughter and her male partner, reporting Jamie the bail bondsman (midland Texas) gave her access to spy on a clients device and sell the information. They also reported full access to the users phone. We need to be reimbursed and dropped from “probation/parole” before a class action lawsuit is filed with 20+ of the active clients. In addition, she and her partner is attempting to frame labcorp to help the bail bondsmen in midland Texas and Los Angeles, reliable roofing Van Nuys, etc. report positive drug screens on those who do not smoke or illicit any drug activity.

I noticed since downloading the app, a lot of additional activity on the iPhone. Systems manger is reporting additional usage. However, the app grants “subscribers” access to your phone through a backdoor, another app or website. Apple needs to investigate immediately. The money paid by those on bond needs to be returned immediately with compensation for illegally accessing, storing, downloading, and sharing personal information.

THE APP IS VIOLATING PRIVACY CONCERNS.

It’s disturbing to know your bail bondsmen could illegally be hacking your phone. Almost in comparison to Chinese spyware. A class action lawsuit along with those on probation, bond, parole etc need to be dropped immediately!

It’s being reported that the bail bondsmen Jamie needs to “turn up the heat” and violate certain individuals with mental health issues and don’t do drugs. To know labcorp is potentially involved in these alleged allegations is beyond comprehension at this point.

VIOLATION OF PRIVACY CONCERNS. ALMOST LIKE CHINESE SPYWARE

### 3/5 — works when your logged in

*2025-06-07*

dont log out, cause if you do it wont log you back in, even if you put in the right credentials. i cant even check in because of this issue 😩

### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Function Properly

*2024-09-23*

I installed the app but the login screen doesn’t show an area for login credentials. I installed the application software and reinstalled it but the same issue.

### 5/5 — Very Convenient

*2024-08-24*

I previously had to drive across town every week to check in with my bonding agent. Now I can check in super fast right from my phone.

### 1/5 — Not working on iPad Air

*2024-04-09*

Downloaded app and when I open it all that comes up is a gray screen. It never gives me the opportunity to login or even show words or boxes where I should type in info.

### 1/5 — Not working at all!

*2022-09-05*

I’m the past few months only one single check in went through. And that was only because I deleted the app and re-registered and that was the one and only time it went through. Also it tells me to take a pic holding ________. Total blank, so I tried checking in again 5x back to back holding random objects, a flower, shovel, pool raft, and a dog. I’m wondering if I could pull up the history of all of the photos I’ve attempted to send. Would be funny, but of course there’s no log you can look at to prove that you have been checking in. Useless App!
